What to include
If it is about an existing order, send your order number. If you are asking whether a photograph can be saved, attach a phone photo of it. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth your money, including when the answer is no.
Before you order
Ask. If you are not sure whether your scan is good enough, whether we can fix a particular kind of damage, or whether we can hit your deadline, send it over and we will tell you before you spend anything.
Hours
We read email every day. Restoration work happens in the evenings and at weekends, which is why previews come back in 48 hours rather than 4.
