Everything except The Framed Heirloom is delivered by email. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.
- One Photo Restored — first preview within 48 hours
- The Family Five — previews for all five within 72 hours
- The Whole Album — first batch of five within 72 hours, all twenty inside 10 working days
- Bring It Into Colour — colour questions within 24 hours, preview within 72 hours of your answers
Those clocks start when your images reach us, not when you order. If you order tonight and send the scan on Friday, Friday is day zero.
Revisions
Usually same day, always within 24 hours. Unlimited, and never charged for.
Framed prints
The Framed Heirloom is a physical item and ships anywhere in New Zealand.
- Restoration preview within 48 hours
- Nothing is printed until you approve it
- Printing and framing takes 3 to 5 working days after approval
- Courier takes 1 to 3 working days, longer to rural addresses
Shipping is free and included in the price. Frames travel with corner protection and a rigid outer carton, and every parcel is tracked and insured. If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the frame and email us, and we will replace it.

Email us before you order and tell us your deadline. If we can hit it, we will say so. If we cannot, we will tell you that instead of taking the order and letting you down.
